To track your online order, enter your online order number in the “Track Your Shipment” window. 

To track a phone order, enter the invoice number in the “Track Your Shipment” window.
  • If the number is not found your order has not yet shipped.
  • If there is a problem with your order someone will contact you.
To track the return of a Warranty, enter your RA# (no spaces, i.e. ra123) in the “Track Your Shipment” box. As soon as UPS scans your shipment from our loading dock, you will be able to track the status and the time of delivery.
  • If the package is not found, it is in process and it has not shipped back to you yet. (That is, if the package has been received.)
  • The process takes 7-10 business days from the receipt of your return with a proper RA#.
  • If you need to know if an RA has been received, please contact your shipper, i.e. UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc. (United States Postal Service will not deliver parcels to this address.) Remember all returns are FOB Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles, Inc., Ramona, California. (This means you are responsible for the merchandise making it to our loading dock.)
  • Contact your shipper for a tracking number to verify your parcel reaches our loading dock. Ellsworth cannot verify receipt of your package. Contact your shipper to verify delivery.
  • If you have not heard from us after two weeks from the verified delivery date from your shipper, fax your delivery confirmation and a letter that has the RA# issued to you to 760-788-6212. We will attempt to track the package and find out what went wrong with the system.
